The dynamic global economy demands constant changes in organizations to cope with the changes taking place across the globe. Eligibility:
- Applicants should be working professionals/self-employed.
- Graduates (10+2+3), Diploma holders (10+2+3) in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, full time paid employment post completion of Diploma / Graduation as on application closure date.

- Personal Interviews to be conducted by XLRI faculty either using Hughes Interactive Learning Platform or through face-to-face mode.
- Candidates who qualify the above eligibility criteria will be selected into the program. No deviations to the laid out Eligibility Criteria will be considered. The desired candidate for the program would ideally have a good work experience (around 5 years) with a strong academic background. Proficiency in English is desired since it would be the medium of instruction. The candidate must also have the drive to learn and imbibe the teachings of the program. General knowledge of the industry of work and working knowledge of computers is also necessary.

Pedagogy:
- The primary method of instruction will be through LIVE lectures that will be beamed online via internet to student desktops/laptops. The lectures will be delivered by eminent faculty from XLRI.

Faculty
Prof M Srimannarayana is a Gold medallist in M.A (IR & PM). After working in the corporate sector for one year, he took an academic assignment. He was a Professor in Maharishi Institute of Management, Hyderabad prior to joining XLRI. His Doctoral work is on training and development. He has presented papers in various national and international conferences. His areas of interest include human resource development, learning and development and staffing.
